摘要
目的观察益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2型糖尿病患者86例,随机分为2组,对照组45例和治疗组41例。对照组患者予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益气养阴活血方治疗,2组均治疗12周,对患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血流变进行比较,并根据中医消渴证状积分标准评价症状改善情况。结果治疗后2组患者空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血流变水平较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05),并且与对照组相比较,治疗组患者空腹及餐后2 h血糖、血流变水平明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者中医证状明显改善(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血方能显著降低患者的血糖,改善血液高黏高凝状态,改善气阴两虚兼瘀型2型糖尿病患者的临床症状。
Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of invigorating qi and nourishing yin for activating blood method in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,which are the control group(45 cases)and the treatment group(41 cases).The patients in control group were treated with western medicine,namely on a regular basis therapy,oral medicine,additionally,the patients in the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating qi and nourishing yin for activating blood recipe.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(P2 BG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),and blood rheology were compared before and after treatment,and the various consumptive thirst symptoms of the patients were evaluated also.Results The levels of FBG,2 hPG,HbA1 c and blood rheology after treatment were reduced apparently as compared with those before treatment both two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of FBG,2 hPG and blood rheology in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the traditional Chinese medical syndromes of patients in treatment group were improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Invigorating qi and nourishing yin for activating blood recipe can significantly reduce blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the patients,improve the high viscosity of the blood coagulation state,improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and yin and stasis.
