摘要
目的探讨自拟消渴痹痛方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法选择58例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组28例,治疗组30例。2组均予二甲双胍或拜糖平或(和)胰岛素治疗,2组均予甲钴胺胶囊0.5 mg日3次口服营养神经,硫辛酸片0.6 mg,日1次口服抗氧化应激。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟消渴痹痛方(益气养阴、活血化瘀、通络止痛)汤剂,日1剂水煎,分2次口服,12周1个疗程。结果 2组治疗前后总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组能明显改善患者临床症状,提高神经传导速度。结论自拟消渴痹痛方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,大大提高患者生活质量,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoke Bitong recipe in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 58 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 28 cases in the control group and 30 cases in treatment group. Both groups were treated with metformin or benzoxine or(and) insulin, and both groups were given mecobalamine capsule 0.5 mg for oral administration of nutritive nerve 3 times a day, lipoic acid tablet 0.6 mg for oral administration of antioxidant stress once a day. On the basis of the treatment in the control group, the treatment group added Xiaoke Bitong recipe(invigorating qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and tonifying collaterals-relieving), one dose of water decoction per day, divided into 2 oral doses, 12 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different before and after treatment( P<0.01). The treatment group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and improve the speed of nerve transmission. Conclusion Xiaoke Bitong recipe in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has remarkable curative effect, greatly improves the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
