摘要
新型冠状病毒传播能力强,出现医务人员感染的现象,造成医务人员心理恐慌。针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的特点,开展某院医务人员心理现况调查工作,及早建立全面系统的心理危机干预方案,分类落实具体可行的心理危机干预措施,提高医务人员、隔离人群及其家属面对疫情时的心理防护能力。
As the novel coronavirus is highly transmissible, infection has occurred among medical workers, which subsequently caused psychological panic. In view of the characteristics of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, our hospital has conducted a survey on the psychological state of the medical staff, established a comprehensive and systematic work plan about psychological crisis intervention for the medical staff, quarantined populations and their families, and implemented concrete and feasible psychological crisis intervention measures,thus having improved the ability of medical staff, quarantined people and their families to protect themselves in the face of an epidemic.
