摘要
健康教育是通过信息传播和行为干预,帮助个人和群体掌握卫生保健知识,树立健康概念;自愿采纳有利于健康的行为和生活方式;消除或减轻影响健康的危险因素;预防疾病,促进健康和提高生活质量。而突发公共卫生事件,是指突然发生,造成或者可能造成社会公众健康严重损害的重大传染病疫情,群体性不明原因疾病,重大食物和职业中毒以及其他严重影响公众健康的事件。面对各种突发公共卫生事件,健康教育应当发挥其重要的作用,健康教育是应对突发公共卫生事件的基本策略和重要手段。
By information transmission and behaviors intervention,health education helps individual and population grasp the basic health care knowledge with the health awareness,accept the behaviors and lifestyle which is good to health,eliminate or alleviate the factors which are harmful to health,prevent disease and advance health and improve life quality.The public health emergency is the epidemic situation that can happen suddenly and cause great harmful to public health.Health education should play a great role in the face of all kinds of public health emergency.It is the basic strategy and an important method to deal with public health emergency.
