摘要
目的建立测定四消丸中氢溴酸槟榔碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Ultimate XB-SCX柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(55∶45,V/V,浓氨试液调节pH至3.8),检测波长为215 nm,流速为10 m L/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果氢溴酸槟榔碱质量浓度在10.44~208.80μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为93.76%,RSD为1.77%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、测定准确、分离效果好,可用于四消丸的质量控制。
Objective To develop a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of arecoline hydrobromide in Sixiaowan Pills.Methods The chromatographic column was Ultramate XB-SCX column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution(55∶45,V/V,adjust the p H of concentrated ammonia test solution to3.8),the detection wavelength was 215 nm,flow rate was 10 m L/min,column temperature was 30℃,and injection volume was 10μL.Results Arecoline hydrobromide showed good linear relationship in the range of 10.44-208.80μg/m L with the peak area.The average recovery was 93.76%,RSD was 1.77%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and effective in separation,which can be used for the quality control of Sixiaowan Pills.
