摘要
针对高浓度含油工业废水,采用预处理+油水分离器+超滤+SBR工艺可有效降解污染物。但由于废水量不足,水质波动大,易腐化,超滤易堵塞,造成水质超标。采用以下措施改造:增加搅拌,防止水质腐化,堵塞超滤;超滤增加前置过滤器,添加高效清洗剂,提高清洗效率;生物处理前增加pH调节,避免罐内直接调节pH,抑制细菌生长;向SBR投加营养剂及硝化细菌,改变运行模式,增加脱氮效率。应急罐回流管道改到SBR,减少超滤负荷。经过调试,出水含油量<10 mg/L,COD<200 mg/L,氨氮<30 mg/L,符合污水排入城镇下水道标准,可达标排放。
High-concentration oily waste water from automobile parts manufacturing can be treated by Pretreatment+Oil separator+Ultra filter membrane(UF)+SBR biological process.But the quantity of waste water was not enough,the quality of waster fluctuated huge and easy to spoiling,the Ultra filter membrane was easy to be blocked and cause unqualified waste water.The following methods were adopted to modification:Mixers were installed to prohibit erosion and UF block.Add bag filter before UF system and adopt high efficiency cleaning solvent to improve cleaning efficiency.p H adjust facility were installed before biological process to avoid p H fluctuation affect the bacteria growth.Nutrient and nitrobacteria were added to SBR tank,balance the nutrient ratio and improve the deduct efficiency.Change the operation mode for SBR operation.In order to decrease the UF system load,change the returning pipe from buffer tank to SBR tank.After modification,the concentration of petroleum was below 10 mg/L,the COD and NH4-N concentrations of effluent were below 200 mg/L and 30 mg/L,which fulfill discharge requirement.
