摘要
[目的]构建一套符合健康中国背景的临床护理人员信息能力评估指标体系。[方法]通过文献回顾法初步建立临床护理人员信息能力评估体系基本框架,采用德尔菲法对全国19所院校的19名护理专家进行函询,并运用Yaaph 10.5软件计算出各指标权重。[结果]两轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为94.74%和100.00%,专家权威系数为0.891;协调系数为0.301~0.464,指标的最大变异系数为0.12。最终确定了由4个一级指标、12个二级指标、44个三级指标构成的临床护理人员信息能力评估指标体系。[结论]临床护理人员信息能力评估指标体系构建过程中,专家具有地域性、代表性、权威性,其意见较一致,构建的指标体系可为临床护理人员与临床管理者提供信息能力评估参考。
Objective:To construct a set of evaluation index system of nursing informatics competency among clinical nursing staff in line with policy background of healthy China.Methods:Basic framework of evaluation index system of nursing informatics competency among clinical nursing staff was preliminarily established by systematic literature review.Delphi method was used to take enquire among 19 nursing experts from 19 colleges and universities across country.Yaaph 10.5 software was used to calculate weight of each index.Results:Recovery rates of two rounds of expert letter enquiries were 94.74% and 100.00%,respectively.Expert authority coefficient was 0.891.The values of Kendall's W of indexes were from 0.301 to 0.464.And maximum variation coefficient of index was 0.12.Finally,there were 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 44 third-level indicators consisting of index system of nursing informatics competency among clinical nursing staff.Conclusions:In process of constructing of evaluation index system of nursing informatics competency among clinical nursing staff,experts are characterized by regionalism,representation and authority.And their opinions are relatively consistent.The constructed index system can provide for clinical nursing staff and managers on assessment of nursing informatics competency.
