摘要
[目的]探索建立适用于社区家庭病床病人护理安全的评价指标体系。[方法]通过查阅文献、社区访谈拟定家庭病床病人护理安全指标的基本框架,运用德尔菲法,进行两轮专家咨询。[结果]16名专家进行了两轮咨询,两轮咨询中专家的积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.83和0.86,第2轮协调系数为0.25,最终确立的社区家庭病床病人护理安全评价指标体系包括7项一级指标、62项二级指标。[结论]初步完成社区家庭病床病人护理安全评价指标体系的构建,提出社区家庭病床护理思路与管理要点应以用药安全、居家安全、输液安全为重要导向。
Objective. To explore the establishment of evaluation index system for nursing safety of patients in community family sickbed. Methods. The basic framework of nursing safety indicators for patients with family sickbed was drawn up by literature review and community interview, and the Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultation. Results.. 16 experts conducted two rounds of consultation. In two rounds of con- sutation,the positive coefficient of experts were all 100~ ,authority coefficient were 0.83 and 0.86. The second round of coordination coefficient was 0.25. The final evaluation index system for nursing safety for the patients in the community family sickbed included 7 first grade indexes and 62 secondary indexes. Conclusion. The con- struction of evaluation index system for nursing safety of patients in community family sickbed was completed preliminarily. The main points of nursing care and management of community family sickbeds should be guided by the safety of drugs ,home safety and infusion safety.
