摘要
目的建立一套适合深圳市航空医疗应急救援能力量化考核的指标评价体系。方法采用文献研究、专家咨询法和层次分析法确定评估指标体系和权重。结果共邀请深圳市20位包括卫生行政、临床医疗领域和医疗救援行业的专家进行咨询,平均年龄42.3岁,平均相关工作年限均在10年以上,副高以上职称占85%。筛选出一级指标4项、二级指标28项。结论构建的医疗应急救援能力评价体系有一定的应用价值,可为航空医疗应急救援的发展提供有益的参考。
Objective To establish a set of evaluation index system suitable for the quantitative assessment of aviation medical emergency rescue capabilities in Shenzhen.Methods Methods of Consulting literature,Delphi method,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)were applied to develop the evaluation index system and its weight.Results A survey on 20 experts from the health administration,clinical medical field and medical rescue industry were conducted in Shenzhen.The average age is 42.3 years old,and the average relevant working years are all over 10 years.85%of the surveyed experts have vice senior titles and above.The evaluation index system was constructed,which consisted of 4 first-grade indexes,28 second-grade indexes.Conclusion The constructed evaluation index system has certain application value and may provide a useful reference for the development of aviation medical emergency rescue.
