摘要
目的探讨耳穴贴压法治疗混合痔围术期疼痛的效果。方法将66例混合痔围术期疼痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组采用耳穴贴压法治疗。比较2组患者的镇痛有效率、疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间以及术后第1、3、5、7天的疼痛评分。结果观察组患者的镇痛总有效率为96.97%,显著高于对照组75.76%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总体疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛持续时间为(4.36±0.18)min,显著短于对照组的(7.52±1.27)min(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后第1、3、5、7天的疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用耳穴贴压法可有效降低混合痔围术期疼痛患者的疼痛程度,缩短疼痛持续时间。
Objective To explore the efficiency of auricular point sticking therapy in treatment of perioperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Totally 66 patients with perioperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.Control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,while observation group was treated with auricular point sticking therapy.The effective rate of analgesia,degree of pain,duration of pain,and pain scores at 1,3,5,7 days after operation were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than 75.76%in the control group(P<0.05).The overall pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of pain in the observation group was(4.36±0.18)min,which was significantly shorter than(7.52±1.27)min in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 1,3,5,7 days after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with perioperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,auricular point sticking therapy can reduce degree of pain and shorten duration of pain.
