摘要
目的:探讨耳穴埋豆对缓解混合痔术后疼痛的效果。方法:将601例混合痔手术后患者,随机分为观察组301例、对照组300例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴埋豆,观察两组术后的疼痛程度,评价两组患者判断镇痛效果的差异。结果:治疗组疼痛明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用耳穴埋豆能缓解混合痔术后疼痛,操作简单、安全,值得临床推广。
Objective：To discuss the effect of the ear buried beans on relieving mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain. Methods：601 cases were randomly divided into the observation （301 cases） and the control group （300 cases）. The control group was given conventional care. The observation group was given the ear buried beans on the basis of control group. Postoperative pain intensity was observed. Patients were evaluated differences in analgesic effect. Results：The pain intensity of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The ear buried beans can relieve mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain, easy, safe and worthy of clinical application.
