摘要
基于矿井提升机传统结构原因导致中间圆孔部位容易出现较大的应力集中现象,针对2JK/A-5型矿井提升机主要结构及其工作原理进行研究,进一步对提升机卷筒模型的建立、提升机卷筒受力结果展开分析,并对提升机卷筒幅板结构优化改进。实践验证表明,该装置优化后能有效延缓疲劳裂纹出现的时间。
Based on the traditional structure of mine hoist, it is easy to appear a large stress concentration phenomenon in the middle circular hole. Therefore, the main structure and working principle of 2 JK/A-5 type mine hoist are studied, and the model of hoist drum is further established, the force result of hoist drum is analyzed, and the structure of hoist drum plate is optimized and improved. The practical verification shows that the optimized device can effectively delay the occurrence time of fatigue cracks.
