摘要
利用机械可靠性灵敏度的计算理论,对多绳摩擦式提升机主导轮筒壳的可靠性灵敏度进行了计算分析,结果表明:在主导轮筒壳结构的设计、制造和使用中,要严格控制强度r的变化,并尽量使其向大的方向波动,对于应力s,尽量使其向小的方向波动。本结果对摩擦式提升机主导轮结构的设计、制造和使用具有较大的实用价值。
Using the calculation theory of mechanical reliability and sensitivity, the reliability and sensitivity of the capstan shell of friction hoist was calculated and analyzed. The results show that the variation of intensity shouM be strictly controlled and made to fluctuate larger as far as possible during the design, manufacture and usage of capstan shell, while for stress to fluctuate smaller as far as possible. This study has practical value for the design, manufacture and usage of the structure of friction hoist capstan.
