摘要
主轴装置作为矿井提升机重要的承载构件,其螺栓连接布置的方式对主轴的承载性能具有重要的影响。针对主轴装置的连接结构进行分析并采用有限元仿真分析的形式对不同连接螺栓布置时的性能进行分析。结果表明,主轴装置连接采用的螺栓数量越多,则连接夹板受到的应力作用最小,且产生的位移量也最小,有利于提高主轴的承载性能。
As an important load-bearing component of mine hoists,the bolt connection arrangement of the spindle device has a significant impact on the bearing capacity of the spindle.The connection structure of the spindle device is analyzed and the performance of different bolt arangements is analyzed using finite element simulation analysis.The results indicate that the more bolts used for the connection of the spindle device,the minimum stress and displacement exerted on the connecting clamp plate,which is beneficial for improving the bearing performance of the spindle.
