摘要
介绍了一种用来修复液晶玻璃表面划伤的研磨结构,该结构使用高速旋转的研磨头,并利用摩擦力在划伤的液晶玻璃表面研磨,以达到消除表面划痕的效果,同时,分析了机器中关键部件的设计原理,说明了关键部件的相关计算。具有该结构的研磨机精度高、稳定性高,可以满足实际生产的工艺需求,是液晶面板生产企业实现降本增效的重要设备。
This paper introduces a grinding structure used to repair the scratch on the surface of liquid crystal glass,which uses high speed rotating grinding head, and uses friction force to grind on the surface of scratched liquid crystal glass to achieve the effect of eliminating the scratch on the surface. At the same time, the design principle of the key parts in the machine is analyzed, and the relevant calculation of the key parts is explained. The grinding machine with this structure has high precision and stability, can meet the actual production process requirements, and is an important equipment for LCD panel production enterprises to achieve cost reduction and efficiency.
