摘要
随着科学技术的发展,制造业对切割磨削提出了更高的要求。然而,有关切割磨削,特别是超窄槽切割磨削引起的棱边质量问题至今未引起关注。为此,基于长期的磨削实践及切削几何学、磨削学、动力学、材料学等相关理论,深入分析了棱边质量问题、切割磨削特征、切割砂轮抗弯性能、材料去除机理、切割砂轮端面磨粒划擦过程等相关问题。揭示了切割磨削砂轮横向刚度、超窄槽磨削创成机理、切割砂轮磨损机制、切割磨削影响因素、切割棱边质量及磨削阻力把控等。以期为切割磨削相关人员提供技术支撑。
With the development of science and technology,the manufacturing industry has put forward higher requirements for cutting and grinding.However,the edge quality problems caused by cutting and grinding,especially ultra narrow groove cutting and grinding,have not received much attention so far.Therefore,based on long-term grinding practice and related theories such as grinding,cutting geometry,dynamics,materials science,etc.,this paper deeply analyzes the edge quality problems,cutting and grinding characteristics,bending resistance of cutting and grinding wheel,material removal mechanism,cutting and grinding wheel end face abrasive particle continuous scratching process and other related issues.It reveals the transverse stiffness of cutting and grinding wheels,the creation mechanism of ultra narrow groove grinding,the wear mechanism of cutting and grinding wheels,the influencing factors of cutting and grinding,cutting edge quality and grinding resistance Control,etc.,in order to provide technical support for cutting and grinding related personnel.
