摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,系统分析了校园足球青少年后备人才可持续培养的发展意义,针对传统观念束缚、思维固化,体系不健全、缺少完整的系统管理和保障机制,各部门之间责任意识与工作任务模糊等现实困境,提出具体对策:打破传统观念,植入足球校园文化;借鉴学习国外经验,探索适合我国后备人才可持续化培养新道路;推动各方力量协同发展,构建校园足球发展新格局,进行有效的足球后备人才可持续化培养。
The construction of football youth reserve talents is the key to the future development of football in China.School football rush promotes the sustainable development of sports and provides good development conditions for it.Using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the significance of the sustainable cultivation of campus football youth reserve talents,and points out that the traditional concepts are bound and the thinking is solidified.The system is not perfect,lacking the complete system management and the safeguard mechanism;All the parties have their own problems and the implementation is vague.Therefore,it is necessary to break traditional concepts and implant football campus culture,learn from the experience of foreign countries to explore a new path suitable for the sustainable cultivation of reserve talents in China,and promote the coordinated development of all forces to build a new pattern for school football development.
