摘要
少年儿童体育后备人才是竞技体育发展的基石,同时是继承和发扬中华优秀传统文化的生力军,因而加强少年儿童体育后备人才的中华优秀传统文化教育至关重要。该文在明确少年儿童体育后备人才和中华优秀传统文化内涵的基础上,重点阐述了中华优秀传统文化对少年儿童成长的影响,分析了少年儿童体育后备人才教育培养的现状,明确了少年儿童体育后备人才的培养目标和路径,并论述了加强少年儿童体育后备人才中华优秀传统文化教育的保障措施,包括加强政府对少年儿童体育后备人才中华优秀传统文化教育的支持、加强师资队伍建设,提高教师专业素质,以及加强少年儿童体育后备人才的中华优秀传统文化教育评价机制建设。
Youth sports reserve talents are the cornerstone of the development of competitive sports,and also the driving force for inheriting and promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture.Therefore,it is crucial to strengthen the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture for youth sports reserve talents.On the basis of clarifying the reserve talents of children's sports and the connotation of excellent traditional Chinese culture,this article focuses on the influence of excellent traditional Chinese culture on the growth of children,analyzes the current situation of education and training of children's sports reserve talents,clarifies the training goals and paths of children's sports reserve talents,and discusses the guarantee measures for strengthening the education of excellent traditional Chinese culture for children's sports reserve talents,including strengthening government support for the education of excellent traditional Chinese culture for children's sports reserve talents,enhancing the construction of teaching staff,improving the professional quality of teachers,and strengthening the evaluation mechanism for the education of excellent traditional Chinese culture for children's sports reserve talents.
