重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合高压氧对肛肠病术后创面愈合的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Wound Healing after Anorectal Disease

摘要 目的观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子结合高压氧对肛肠病术后创面愈合的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院诊治120例肛肠病术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗,比较两组创面愈合时间、术后第1、5、10天创面面积、术后第15天创面症状(疼痛、渗出、组织水肿、肉芽生长)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组平均创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后第1、5天创面面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第10天观察组创面面积小于对照组(P<0.05);术后第15天观察组创面疼痛、渗出、组织水肿、肉芽生长评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子结合高压氧有助于促进肛肠病术后创面愈合,可缩短创面愈合时间,减轻创面疼痛、渗出、水肿等症状,加速创面愈合,不良反应少,应用安全性高。 Objective To observe the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen on wound healing after anorectal disease.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,120 patients with postoperative anorectal disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,each with 60 cases.The control group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor.The observation group was combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group to compare the wound healing time,the wound area on days 1,5,and 10 after surgery,and the 15th postoperative day.Wound symptoms(pain,exudation,tissue edema,granulation growth)scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The average wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the comparison of the wound area on the first and fifth days after operation between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the 10th postoperative period the wound area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05);the wound pain,exudation,tissue edema,and granulation growth scores of the observation group on the 15th postoperative day were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen can help promote wound healing after anorectal disease,shorten wound healing time,reduce wound pain,exudation,edema and other symptoms,accelerate wound healing,have fewer adverse reactions,application high security.
