摘要
目的 研究大鼠开放性骨折后T淋巴细胞的分子生物学改变。方法 建立大鼠开放性骨折模型 ,采用流式细胞法记录检测T细胞亚群 ,用放免试剂盒测定cAMP ,用普通生化法测定GSH(谷胱甘肽 )、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶 )。结果 与对照组相比CD3及CD4细胞百分比明显下降 ,CD8细胞百分比明显上升 (P <0 .0 1)。cAMP、GSH、SOD均有明显变化。结论 开放性骨折后由于T淋巴细胞的改变 ,机体处于免疫功能抑制状态。
Objective To study molecular biological changes of T lymphocyte after open fracture of rat.Methods Model of rat open fracture was constructed.T lymphocyte subsets were registered by using flowing cell.cAMP was measured by using radio immuny box.The concentration of GSH and SOD were determined by using common biochemical methods.Results Percentages of CD8 cells increased while those of CD3, CD4 cells reduced significantly as compared with the controls. So do cAMP, GSH, SOD. Conclusion For those changes of T lymphocyte after open fracture, the immunologic function in rat is depressed.
