摘要
目的为探讨肛肠病患者围手术期的镇痛治疗方法。方法将326例肛肠病手术患者随机分成2组,治疗组167例,病人围手术期采用综合方法进行镇痛治疗;对照组159例,采用传统方法镇痛治疗,对2组病人术后疼痛情况进行前瞻性评估和临床研究。结果镇痛效果前者明显优于后者(P<0.01)。结论肛肠病围手术期的镇痛治疗应采取综合治疗的方法。
[Objective] To explore the perioperafive analgesic therapies for anorectal diseases. [Method] 326 patients with anorectal diseases were randomly divided into two groups： 210 cases in the treated group used the combined perioperative analgesia and the conventional analgesia in the controlled group.The analgesic conditions of the two groups were prospectively evaluated and clinically observed. [Result] The result showed that the analgesic effect in the former was much better than that in the latter（P 〈0.01）. [Conclusions] The combined perioperative analgesic therapy should be used in the treatment for anorectal diseases.
