摘要
目的世界卫生组织建议在诊断性精液分析前需禁欲2~7 d以获得最佳的精液标本,但涉及不育男性时,标准的禁欲时间仍存在争议,目前大多研究仍支持以2~7 d为标准。随着连续射精采集精液标本这一方法的出现,短时禁欲也可提供质量良好的精液标本,解决了临床操作过程中出现的特殊情况,使更多的不孕不育夫妇受益。本文主要就连续射精的精液采集方法对精液质量的影响机制以及在辅助生殖技术中的临床应用作一综述,旨在为辅助生殖技术的应用提供帮助。
The World Health Organization recommends that abstinence be required for 2 to 7 d before diagnostic semen analysis to obtain the best semen specimens.However,when infertile men are involved,the standard abstinence time is still controversial,and most studies still support 2 to 7 d as standard.With the emergence of the method of continuous ejaculation collection of semen specimens,short-term abstinence can also provide good quality semen specimens,which solves the special circumstances that occur in the course of clinical operations and benefits more infertile couples.This article mainly reviews the effect mechanism of continuous ejaculation semen collection method on semen quality and clinical application in assisted reproductive technology,aiming to provide assistance for the application of assisted reproductive technology.
