摘要
某硫精矿中损失的铅、锌金属主要赋存于方铅矿、闪锌矿中,且方铅矿及闪锌矿的嵌布粒度细、单体解离度低,选别回收相对困难。采用抑硫浮选铅锌混合精矿的工艺流程,并通过立式螺旋搅拌磨机与水力旋流器分级构成的闭路循环对混合粗精矿进行再磨,磨矿细度达到-45μm含量占94.91%,再经3次精选,获得了铅品位11.01%、锌品位42.29%及铅回收率33.03%、锌回收率57.53%的铅锌混合精矿,硫精矿中杂质铅、锌含量之和从2.50%降低到了1.28%。通过进一步提高入选硫精矿的矿浆质量分数,并对立式螺旋搅拌磨机的操作和磨矿介质进行优化,可获得更好的选矿技术指标。
The lead and zinc lost from a sulfur concentrate mainly occurred in galena and sphalerite,and the galena and sphalerite were characterized by fine dissemination particle size and low liberation degree,so it was hard to separate and recover.The process flow of sulfur-repressed bulk flotation of lead and zinc mixed concentrate was applied,and the mixed coarse concentrate was re-ground in the closed-circuit circulation composed of vertical screw stirring mill and hydrocyclone.The grinding fineness reached 94.91% of-45 μm,after three re-cleanings,the lead and zinc mixed concentrate containing the lead concentrate with lead grade of 11.01% and zinc grade of 42.29% as well as the lead recovery of 33.03% and zinc recovery of 57.53% was obtained,the total content of lead and zinc in sulfur concentrate decreased from 2.50% to 1.28%.After enhancing the mass fraction of the feeding sulfur concentrate slurry as well as optimizing the operation of the vertical screw stirring mill and the grinding medium,better beneficiation technical indexes were obtained.
