摘要
高硫难选铅锌矿的浮选工艺引入电位调控理论,凡口铅锌矿成功地应用了高碱电位调控浮选工艺,新增效益近500万元/年。在多年的生产实践基础上,凡口铅锌矿对高碱电位调控浮选工艺进行了优化和改善,提出了高碱电位调控快速浮选优化工艺,应用于生产后,在保持原有处理能力的条件下,减少了浮选容积近25%,大大降低了选矿电耗和生产成本。本文就电位调控浮选在高硫难选铅锌矿的应用作详细介绍。
Importing the theory of adjusting and controlling potential, Fankou Mine apply successfully high basicity potential controlling flowsheet, It can produce 5 million Yuan benefical result per year. On the basis of several years application of high basicity potential controlling flowsheet, Fankou Mine put forward high basicity potential controlling flotation optimal flowsheet. After applying high basicity potential controlling flotation optimal flowsheet, flotation volume is reducde about 25%, electric energy consuming and production cost is cut down highly in Fankou Mine.
