变频调速双驱同步磨机电控系统的设计与应用

Design and application of frequency conversion speed regulating dual-drive synchronous electric control system of mill

摘要 针对大型矿用磨机电气控制系统的工作特点及控制要求,提出了一种基于ABB ACS6000高压变频器的变频调速双驱同步磨机电控系统,对大型磨机电控系统提出了新的设计方法,并对其传动系统的功能、选型配置及电控回路结构做了介绍;对其自动控制系统的功能、硬件结构、软件设计进行了阐述。实际应用结果表明,该设计完全达到生产要求。 According to the working characteristics and control requirements of the electric control system of the large mine mill,the paper proposed a kind frequency conversion speed regulating dual-drive synchronous electric control system of the mill based on ABB ACS6000 high-voltage frequency converter.It also offered the new design method for the electric control system of the large mill,and introduced the function and configuration of its drive system as well as the structure of the electric circuit.In addition,it narrated the function and hardware structure of the automatic control system as well as the software design.Actual application results showed the design fully met the production requirements.
