摘要
IGCT(集成门极换流晶闸管)作为新型的电力电子器件,广泛应用于大功率高压变流器等设备中。本文在介绍IGCT器件的工作原理及性能特点的基础上,介绍了IGCT器件在直流系统中的应用及其静态参数的测试方法。
As a new type of power electronic device,IGCT(integrated gate commutated thyristor)is widely used in high power and high voltage converters.Based on the introduction of the working principle and performance characteristics of IGCT device,this paper introduces the application of IGCT device in DC system and the test method of its static parameters.
