摘要
目的探讨不同的科研培养模式对临床医学专业学位研究生(简称“专硕”)毕业成果产出的影响,以探寻“双轨制”模式下更合理的专硕培养模式。方法以四川大学华西临床医学院2016级全日制医学专业学位的251名硕士生为研究对象进行问卷调查,根据其接受的科研培养模式分为强化组、自由组及无科研培养组,分析不同的科研培养模式对专硕毕业成果产出的影响。结果研究生参与过导师课题和参加学术会议的比例从低到高依次为无科研培养组、自由组和强化组,三组间差异显著(P<0.05);参与课题数≥3项的研究生发表SCI论文的平均数显著多于参与课题数<3项的研究生(P<0.05),参加过国际学术会议的研究生发表SCI论文的平均数显著多于只参加过国内学术会议的研究生(P<0.05);强化组研究生发表SCI论文的情况优于自由组,差异无统计学意义;强化组研究生的住院医师规范化培训合格率显著高于自由组(P<0.05);强化组和自由组研究生参与临床带教的比例均显著高于无科研培养组(P<0.05)。结论接受强化型科研培养的研究生更有可能参与课题项目、参加学术会议及发表SCI论文,同时承担着较繁重的临床及带教任务,获得了较高的规培合格率,但强化型科研培养模式的具体培养方案尚需进一步优化。
Objective Discuss and analyze the influence of different models of scientific research cultivation on graduation achievement for professional degree postgraduates of clinical medicine and explore more rational approaches of cultivation model for them under the double-track cultivation background.Methods Questionnaire surveys were carried out among 251 professional degree postgraduates from grade 2016 of West China Hospital of Sichuan University.They were classified into intensified group,random group and non-cultivating group according to the model of scientific research cultivation they experienced.Different influences of different models on their graduation achievement were analyzed.Results The proportion of postgraduates who have participated in tutor’s research projects and academic conferences successively grows within non-cultivating group,random group and intensified group.These statistical differences above could be detected(P<0.05).Postgraduates who participated in no less than 3 research projects have published significantly more SCI papers than those who participated in less than 3 research projects(P<0.05).Postgraduates who have ever attended international academic conferences have published significantly more SCI papers than those who have only attended domestic conferences(P<0.05).Postgraduates in intensified group have published more SCI papers with higher quality and higher level,while the difference was not significant.The passing rate of standardized resident in-training exam for postgraduates in intensified group is significantly higher than random group(P<0.05).Postgraduates in intensified group and random group have the higher proportion of clinical teaching than that in the non-cultivating group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Postgraduates in intensified group are more likely to participate in research projects and academic conferences,and publish SCI papers as the first authors.Although postgraduates in intensified group undertake much clinical work and teaching tasks,they have higher passing rate of standardized resident in-training exam.However,the concrete training plan of intensified scientific cultivation model should be optimized.
