摘要
地方院校学前教育专业教育实习,在面对国家教师教育改革要求、学前教育专业建设需求、学前教育专业学生发展诉求,面临教育实习前缺乏科学实习设计、准备不足、教育实习期间疏于管理、指导不够、教育实习后忙于呈交材料、总结延伸不到位等问题,应与当地教育体育局及幼儿园合作共建,健全教育实习环境:教育实习前应科学设计,充分准备;教育实习期间应规范管理,强化指导;教育实习后应改进评价体系,全面渗透。
In the face of the requirements of the national teacher education reform,the construction of preschool education and the development of preschool education students,the lack of scientific practice design,the lack of preparation,the neglect of management,the lack of guidance,the busy submission of materials after the practice,and the inadequate extension of the summary,local universities should cooperate with Education and Sports Bureau and kindergarten to build and perfect the environment of education practice:scientific design should be carried out before educational practice,full preparation,standardized management during educational practice,strengthened guidance and improved evaluation system after educational practice to fully penetrate.
