摘要
介绍过滤机系统的工作原理,从过滤机的喷淋酸量、喷嘴的有效喷淋面积、溢流堰板的高度、转速、真空度等方面,分析了氧化单元过滤机分离效果的影响因素,并提出相应措施,进而对系统进行简单优化处理。
This paper introduces the working principle of the filter system,and analyzes the factors affecting the separation effect of the oxidation unit filter from the aspects of the amount of acid sprayed by the filter,the effective spray area of the nozzle,the height of the overflow Weir Plate,the rotation speed and the vacuum degree,the corresponding measures are put forward to optimize the system.
