摘要
现以煤为原料的化工过程存在着资源利用率较低,碳排放较高的问题。为此,提供一种以焦炭、焦炉煤气为原料,经过空气空分单元制氧气,加压气化单元,净化单元,深冷分离单元,变压吸附单元,甲烷部分氧化单元,甲醇合成单元制甲醇的新工艺路线。分析出生产投资组成和成本。该工艺充分体现资源重复利用,可持续发展的思想,有着较好的经济效益。
The chemical process with coal as raw material has the problems of low resource utilization rate and high carbon emission.Therefore,a new process route was provided for methanol production from coke and coke oven gas through air separation unit,pressurized gasification unit,purification unit,cryogenic separation unit,PSA unit,partial oxidation unit of methane and methanol synthesis unit.The composition and cost of production investment were analyzed.The process fully embodies the idea of resource reuse and sustainable development,and has better economic benefits.
