摘要
在总结国内研究状况和所具备的条件基础上 ,论述了PTA技术国产化的关键问题及其开发思想。指出 ,制约国产化的最大瓶颈 ,在于化学工程方面的基础研究先天不足 ;科技攻关的对象是氧化反应器 ,加氢精制反应器 ,结晶器和溶剂脱水塔 ;重点问题一是装置大型化的工程放大 ,二是工艺与设备的优化配置。通过透彻了解引进装置的核心技术 ,要在反应器的构型设计、催化剂开发。
Based on the summary of internal research situation and the condition that we posses,the key problem and development thinking of domestic PTA technology were discussed.It was pointed out that the bottle neck which restrict the domestic were the congenitally deficient on the basic research of chemical engineering.To tackle the key problems,the target is oxidation reactor,the hydrogenated purifier,crystallizer and solvent dehydrator.The key questions one is scale up of the apparatus and the other is the optimization of the process.With thorough understand of kernel technology of imported appratus,some new technology with intellectual property right such as reactor design,catalyst development,system integration and process optimization should be formation.
