摘要
为了提高沥青混合料的高温性能与水稳定性,采用CAVF法进行配合比设计,采用50号沥青替代70号沥青,并进行了设计前后的路用性能对比。结果表明,采用CAVF法进行设计后,主骨料堆积相互嵌挤成更密实的骨架结构,最佳油石比降低0.3%,对高温性能约提升36%,水稳定性约提升6%。因延度低于70号沥青,低温性能降低约2%。为了达到良好的应用效果,提出了施工控制要点,经取芯检测,发现性能均优于传统路段。
In order to improve the high-temperature performance and water stability of asphalt mixture,CAVF method was used to design the mix proportion, the 70# asphalt was replaced by the 50# asphalt, and the pavement performance was compared before and after the design. In order to achieve good application effect, the key points of construction control are proposed. The results of coring showed that the performance is better than the traditional section.
