摘要
以南美重油为原料,采用减压深拔-调合组合工艺,生产出了符合技术要求50号沥青,解决了50号沥青长期存在的薄膜烘箱老化延度不合格的问题。在此基础上,对50号沥青和SBS改性沥青路用性能评价,结果表明50号沥青高温性能优于SBS改性沥青。
Taking South American heavy crude oil as raw material,adopting the combination processing of vacuum deep cut and blending,50#asphalt,which meet the technical requirements,is prepared.Meanwhile,a long-term existence problem,the disqualification of 50~#asphalt TFOT aging ductility,is solved.On this basis,the road performance of 50~#asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are evaluated.The results show that the high temperature performance of 50~#asphalt is better than that of SBS modified asphalt.
