摘要
目的观察超声对行择期手术合并2型糖尿病患者胃排空状态的评估价值。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2019年12月长春市人民医院收治的行择期手术的50例合并糖尿病的患者(糖尿病组)及50例未合并糖尿病的患者(对照组)的病历资料。两组患者均经床旁超声检查评估胃排空状态,比较两组超声检查的胃窦横截面积、胃容积测量值,并评估胃排空状况。结果糖尿病组与非糖尿病组胃窦横截面积、胃容积测量值比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。糖尿病组有7例(14.00%)患者超声影像呈饱胃状态,非糖尿病组有1例(2.00%)患者超声影像呈饱胃状态,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用超声检测技术检查胃液排空情况操作简便,且可进行重复检查,可将其作为当前临床评估择期手术合并糖尿病患者胃排空状态的方法。
Objective To observe the value of ultrasound in evaluating gastric emptying in patients undergoing elective surgery with type 2 diabetes.Methods The medical records of 50 patients with diabetes(diabetes group)and 50 patients without diabetes(control group)undergoing elective surgery in Changchun People’s Hospital from April to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Both groups of patients underwent bedside ultrasound examination to evaluate gastric emptying status,compared the gastric antrum cross-sectional area and gastric volume measurements of the two groups with ultrasound examination,and evaluated gastric emptying status.Results There were significant differences in the measured values of gastric antrum cross-sectional area and gastric volume between the diabetic group and the non-diabetic group(all P<0.05).Seven patients(14.00%)in the diabetic group had satiety ultrasound images,and one patient(2.00%)in the non-diabetic group had satiety ultrasound images,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ultrasound detection technology to check gastric emptying is easy to operate and can be repeated.It can be used as a current method for clinical evaluation of gastric emptying status in patients undergoing elective surgery with diabetes.
