摘要
围术期反流误吸是全身麻醉的严重并发症之一。目前临床工作中对术前胃内情况不明患者的胃内情况评估缺乏有效的无创测量方法。床旁超声因其便携和实时探测的优势,使术前胃内容物的评估可视化和精确化,极大地降低围术期反流误吸的风险。
Perioperative pulmonary aspiration is a serious complication during general anesthesia. For patients with unknown gastric condition,there is no effective method for the noninvasive evaluation of gastric content and volume preoperatively. Because of the portable and real-time detection,bedside ultrasound can significantly reduce the risk of perioperative reflux and pulmonary aspiration,which makes preoperative gastric contents visualized and accurate.
