摘要
目的研究中药3期辨证治疗对股骨颈骨折患者内固定术后恢复的影响。方法选取本院2017年3月~2019年3月收纳的经内固定术后的90例股骨颈骨折患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各45例,两组患者均接受内固定术治疗,对照组术后采取常规护理,观察组术后进行中药3期辨证治疗,比较两组各项指标。结果手术后第3天,两组患者疼痛指数评分(VAS)经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术后第15、30与45天观察组患者VAS评分要显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者第1、3和6个月时的Harris髋关节评分均要显著高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率为95.56%,对照组患者满意率为82.22%,观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行内固定术后的股骨颈骨折患者增加中药3期辨证治疗比术后采取单纯常规护理的临床效果更好,更有利于患者术后恢复,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To study the effect of TCM phaseⅢsyndrome differentiation treatment on the recovery of patients with femoral neck fracture after internal fixation.Methods 90 patients with femoral neck fracture after internal fixation admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received internal fixation treatment,but the control group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group received TCM phaseⅢsyndrome differentiation treatment.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results On the 3d after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in pain index visual analogue scores(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 15 d,30 d and 45 d after operation,the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Harris hip joint scores of the patients in the observation group at the 1st,3rd and 6th months were all significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 95.56%,while that in the control group was 82.22%,with the former significantly higher than the later and statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of TCM phaseⅢsyndrome differentiation treatment on the basis of routine nursing for the patients with femoral neck fracture after internal fixation is better than that of simple postoperative routine nursing.It is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients and is of certain clinical value.
