肱骨近端骨折的诊断与治疗进展 被引量:6

摘要 肱骨近端解剖结构复杂,若骨折,并发症多,预后不理想。骨科医生必须很好地理解骨折的分型、骨骼的质量及其他相关因素,选择最佳重建方案,才能使患者功能得到最大程度的恢复。本文对肱骨近端骨折的分型及手术技巧与重点作了较详尽的介绍。
