摘要
目的探究老年股骨颈骨折围术期中医情志护理及穴位按摩的应用效果。方法选择2017年11月—2019年5月收治的股骨颈骨折老年患者100例,并按照随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组,各组均为50例。常规组实施常规护理,研究组在常规组的基础上配合实施中医情志护理及穴位按摩治疗。观察2组患者干预前后的疼痛变化情况及术后的髋关节改善情况。结果2组患者的VAS评分较干预前均有所下降,研究组干预后的VAS评分下降更为明显,比常规组更低(P<0.05),且研究组的Harris髋关节评分明显比常规组高(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理及穴位按摩在老年股骨颈骨折围术期中应用,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,改善患者术后的髋关节功能,预后效果较好,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of TCM emotional nursing and acupoint massage in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to may 2019 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and routine group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group,and TCM emotional nursing and acupoint massage were carried out in the study group on the basis of the routine group.The changes of pain and the improvement of hip joint were observed.Results The VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention.The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05),and the Harris hip score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing and point massage can effectively relieve the pain of the elderly patients in the perioperative period of femoral neck fracture,improve the postoperative hip joint function of the patients,and have a good prognosis,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
