竞赛资源引入专业社团提升学生实践能力的策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对计算机类专业社团存在管理不到位导致专业社团成员参加专业社团活动兴趣不高、学习气氛不浓厚、社团成员实践能力提升有限等问题。分析了产生这些问题的根源,提出了将竞赛资源引入到计算机类专业社团加强专业社团建设的理念,通过将竞赛资源转化为专业社团活动的授课内容、由竞赛指导教师和竞赛学生分别担任专业社团的指导教师与社团负责人、优化管理与考核机制来营造专业社团浓厚的学习氛围,激发社团成员的学习积极性,带动整个专业“比、学、赶、超”的学习风气,进而提升学生的实践能力与综合素养。 In view of the problems in the management of computer-based professional societies,members of professional societies are not interested in participating in professional societies,the atmosphere of learning is not strong,and the members'limited ability to practice is limited.The root causes of these problems are analyzed,and the concept of introducing competition resources into computer professional communities and strengthening the construction of professional communities is proposed.The competition resources are converted into the teaching content of professional community activities,and competition instructors and competition students serve as professional communities.Guide teachers and community leaders,optimize management and assessment mechanisms to create a strong learning atmosphere in professional societies,stimulate the learning enthusiasm of members of the community,and drive the learning ethos of"comparing,learning,catching up,and surpassing"in the entire profession,thereby improving student practice Ability and Comprehensive Literacy.
