摘要
为了有效培养行业技术技能人才,高职院校在贯彻职教改革精神时应重视“双师型”教师队伍建设,不断完善“双师型”教师认定办法、保障机制和激励制度,积极搭建“校政行企”协同培养平台。为此,高职院校“双师型”教师培养应在完善教师管理机构、保障教师学习进修权利的基础上,对标加强潜在“双师型”教师培养,注重现有“双师型”教师的管理与考核,重视发挥兼职教师作用,加大全职引进企业特殊高技能人才力度。
In order to effectively train industry technical talents, vocational colleges should pay attention to the construction of"double qualified teachers"in carrying out the spirit of vocational education reform, constantly improve the"double qualified teachers"identification method、guaranteed and incentive system, and actively build a collaborative training platform between school、government and enterprise. Therefore, on the basis of perfecting the management organization of teachers and guaranteeing the right of teachers to learn and study, we should strengthen the cultivation of potential"double qualified teachers"contrasting standard, pay attention to the management and assessment of existing"double qualified teachers", pay attention to the role of part-time teachers, and increase introduction strength of special high skilled talents.
