摘要
目的分析米索前列醇联合缩宫素对产后出血产妇出血量和凝血功能指标的影响。方法选取2017年6月-2019年4月梨园医院收治的84例产后出血产妇,按照随机数字表分为两组,每组42例。对照组应用缩宫素治疗,研究组应用缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗。比较两组患者产后出血量、凝血功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果研究组产后30 min、产后2 h、产后24 h出血量均少于对照组(P<0. 05)。治疗后,研究组患者凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血小板计数均低于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平高于对照组(P<0. 05),两组患者凝血功能指标均优于治疗前(P<0. 05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论缩宫素联合米索前列醇可有效降低患者产后出血量,改善机体凝血状态,具有较高的安全性,可以在临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin on the amount of blood loss and coagulation factors in women with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From June 2017 to April 2019,84 women with postpartum hemorrhage treated in Liyuan Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,42 cases in each group.The women in control group were treated by oxytocin,the women in study group were treated by misoprostol combined with oxytocin.The amounts of blood loss,coagula-tion factors,and incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results At 30 minutes,2 hours,and 24 hours after delivery,the amounts of blood loss in study group were statistically significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).After treat-ment,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and platelet count in study group were statistically significant-ly lower than those in control group,while fibrinogen(FIB)level in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),coagulation factors were better than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically signif-icant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxy-tocin can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss,improve maternal coagulation state,the safety is high,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
