摘要目的研究小剂量米索前列醇联合乳酸依沙吖啶注射液对瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇引产时间及产后出血量的影响。方法瘢痕子宫妊娠引产孕妇86例随机分组,各43例。对照组给予乳酸依沙吖啶注射液引产,观察组给予小剂量米索前列醇+乳酸依沙吖啶注射液引产。比较两组宫缩发动时间、引产时间、产程时间、产后出血量、引产情况(引产成功、软产道裂伤、清宫)及不良反应发生率。结果观察组宫缩发动、引产、产程时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);产后出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);引产情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米索前列醇联合乳酸依沙吖啶注射液应用于瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇可缩短宫缩发动、引产、产程时间,减少产后出血量,提高引产成功率,降低软产道裂伤、清宫发生率,不良反应少。
