摘要
在互联网技术迅速发展的新时期,“智慧党建”越来越多的应用于各大公立医院。本文对重庆医科大学附属第二医院的“智慧党建”的开展现状进行分析,探讨了其优势和不足,提出医院的“智慧党建”建设还需从线上线下结合、人才培育、党建工作与业务工作紧密融合三个方面进行进一步优化,以切实提高公立医院党建工作规范化、科学化水平,打造公立医院党建工作新局面。
With the rapid development of Internet technology,more and more public hospitals applied Internet technology to party building.This article analyzed the intelligent party building of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,discussed its advantages and disadvantages,and proposed that the intelligent party building of the hospital should be further optimized in terms of online and offline building alike,talent cultivation,the combination of party building work and professional work.The development of intelligent party building in public hospitals is conducive to improving the standardization and scientific level of party building in public hospitals and creating a new vista in party building in public hospitals.
