摘要
作为中国共产党最基层组织,党支部是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,也是党的执政能力的重要体现。随着医药卫生体制改革的深入推进,加强党支部标准化规范化建设已化为公立医院事业发展的一项重要课题。笔者研究探索构建“1+1+1”考核体系,加强党员、党支部书记、党支部考核,通过评价体系的科学有效建立,达到党建工作与中心工作进一步融合,党支部建设标准统一、目标一致、全面进步、全面过硬的目的,不断提高公立医院服务能力和管理水平。
As the basic organization of the Communist Party of China,the Party branch is the basis of all the Party’s work and strong ability,and also the important embodiment of the Party’s governance capacity.With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health sectors,to strengthen the standardization construction of Party branch has become an important subject for the reform and development of public hospitals.The author explores the construction of“1+1+1”assessment system,including Party member,party branch secretary and Party branch.Through the establishment of assessment system,promote the in-depth integration of Party building and central work,and constantly enhance the ability to serve the people and raise the management level.
