摘要
教材变革呼唤教师的教材素养。教材素养作为教师专业素养的重要内容之一,在一定程度上支配着教师的专业水平、教育教学行为以及学生的全面发展。教师的教材观念是教材素养的核心,教材理解能力、教材运用能力、教材编创能力是教师教材素养的基本构成。修炼课程意识,明确教材定位;加强理论自觉,养成教材反思能力;培育教研文化,提高教材运用水平是提升教师教材素养的可能策略。
The reform of teaching materials calls for teachers'teaching materials literacy.Teaching material literacy is an important element of teacher professional literacy,which,to a certain extent,dominates the professional level of teachers,the education and teaching behaviors,and the all-round development of students.The concept of teaching material is the core of teaching material literacy,and the ability of understanding,using and compiling teaching material is the basic constitution of teaching material literacy.The possible strategies to improve the literacy of teaching materials are as follows:cultivating the consciousness of curriculum,making clear the orientation of teaching materials,strengthening the consciousness of theory,cultivating the reflective ability of teaching materials,cultivating the culture of teaching research,and improving the level of using teaching materials.
