摘要
针对瓦斯抽采管道传感器接入煤矿井下安全监控系统的问题,设计一种"ib/ia"的电源及信号转换电路,在不调整现有系统结构的前提下,解决瓦斯管道传感器的本安防爆等级与安全监控系统本安防爆等级不兼容的问题。实验表明,该转换电路可适用不同电压等级的安全监控系统,具有转换效率高、信号失真小、应用范围广等特点。
In view of the problem that the sensor of gas drainage pipeline is connected to the mine safety monitoring system, a "ib/ia" power supply and signal conversion circuit is designed to solve the problem that the intrinsic safety explosion-proof level of gas pipeline sensor is incompatible with the intrinsic safety explosion-proof level of the safety monitoring system without adjusting the existing system structure. The experiment shows that the circuit can be used in different voltage level security monitoring system, which has the characteristics of high conversion efficiency, small signal distortion and wide application range.
