摘要
以某高瓦斯矿井建立瓦斯抽放系统的实践为例,介绍了瓦斯抽放系统中瓦斯抽放管路系统的设计,即管路敷设路线的设计、瓦斯抽放管径的选择、管路阻力的计算;并根据管路阻力的计算结果及瓦斯抽放泵的选型原则,给出了瓦斯抽放泵的选型设计。实际应用表明,该矿采用瓦斯抽放系统后未出现瓦斯超限现象,瓦斯抽放率达到46%。
Taking practice of building gas drainage system at a high gassy mine as example,the paper introduced design of gas drainage pipeline system in gas drainage system,namely design of laying line of pipeline,selection of gas-suction diameter and calculation of pipeline resistance,and gave selection design of gas-suction pump according to calculating result of pipeline resistance and selection principle of gas-suction pump.The actual application showed that the coal mine has not appeared phenomenon of disallowed gas concentration with 46% gas-suction rate after using the gas drainage system.
