摘要
为实时监测电力设备的绝缘状况,以Modbus协议作为通信基础,设计与局部放电指示器通信的上位机软件,并在局部放电指示器的通信程序中编写协议。上位机通过RS485串口与局部放电指示器相互通信,利用Visual Studio 2017软件平台窗体应用程序中的应用模块搭建上位机界面,在模块中编写串口和Modbus通信程序,实现修改局部放电指示器的通信参数和读取局部放电检测结果的功能。试验证明,上位机能够与局部放电指示器稳定地进行数据交换,快速方便地修改通信参数,实时获取局部放电检测结果,监测设备运行状态。
To monitor the insulation performance of power equipment in real time,a host computer software which communicated with PD indicator was designed and a protocol written in the communication program of the PD indicator.The host computer communicated with the PD indicator through RS485 serial port,and,after its interface was built using application module in Visual Studio 2017,wrote the serial port and Modbus communication program in the application module,which modified the communication parameters of the PD indicator and recognized the PD detection results.The experiment proves that the host computer software can exchange data with PD indicator steadily for speedy and convenient modification of communication parameters,and obtain results in real time that ensure the safe running of equipment.
