考虑应变软化的超千米深井巷道锚杆支护机理研究 被引量:6

Study on Support Mechanism of Rock Bolt in Roadway at Depth More Than 1 000 Meters Considering Strain Softening

摘要 为揭示超千米深井巷道锚杆支护系统作用机理,以山东新汶华丰煤矿2613下平巷为工程背景,在考虑围岩应变软化的条件下,采用数值模拟手段进行研究,最后通过现场监测数据进行验证。研究表明:锚杆支护系统可增强巷道围岩径向约束,围岩应力在较浅处即可达到平衡,阻止破坏进一步发展;锚杆支护系统可降低围岩应变软化程度,强化峰后围岩;以上2方面原因使巷道围岩塑性区和位移量大幅减小;采用数值模拟进行锚杆支护初步设计时,应准确考虑围岩的应变软化效应。 For reveal the support mechanism of the rock bolting system in roadways at depth more than1 000 m, take the 2613 roadway of Huafeng coal mine in Xinwen, Shandong province as the engineering background. Considering the strain softening of the surrounding rock, adopt the numerical simulation method, and verifies through the field monitoring data. The results show that: the rock bolting system can strengthen the radial constraint of the surrounding rock, so the stress of surrounding rock can reach the balance in the shallower part, preventing the further development of the damage.The rock bolting system can reduce the degree of strain softening and strengthen the post-peak surrounding rock. The above two reasons make the plastic zone and displacement of the surrounding rock decrease greatly. The strain softening effect of the surrounding rock should be considered accurately in the preliminary rock bolting support design by numerical simulation.
