摘要
深部软岩巷道围岩松散破碎,变形强烈、破坏范围大,需多次返修,严重困扰矿山安全高效生产。以新疆伽师铜矿巷道为工程背景,采用ABAQUS数值计算方法,对其变形破坏特征进行分析,研究不同拱高和岩石力学参数对巷道变形破坏的影响。研究结果表明:当设计拱高为0.2 m时,围岩巷道两帮的塑性范围最小,粘聚力对塑性范围的影响呈二次项分布,塑性应变在巷道尺寸变化处最大,内摩擦角对塑性范围的影响呈线性分布,塑性应变在围岩巷道两帮分布较为均匀。
Since the surrounding rock of deep soft rock roadway is loose and broken,severe deformation and large damage scope occur,and multiple repairs are required.These seriously affect the safe and efficient production of mine.Taking the roadway of Jiashi copper mine in Xinjiang as an engineering background,the characteristics of roadway deformation and failure were analyzed by ABAQUS numerical calculation method,and the effects of different arch height and rock mechanics parameters on roadway deformation and failure were studied.The results showed that,when the designed arch height was 0.2 m,the plastic range of the two sides of the surrounding rock roadway was the smallest.The relation between the cohesion and the plastic range was quadratic,and the plastic strain was the largest where the size of the roadway changed.Besides,the relation between the internal friction angle and the plastic range was linear,and the plastic strain was evenly distributed in the two sides of the surrounding rock roadway.The simulation results can provide a reference for roadway support design.
